Walking
If you are in the central area of Punta del Este, start by heading east on Avenida Gorlero. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle 31. Turn right onto Calle 31 and keep walking until you reach Playa Brava, which will be on your left side. The beach is easily recognizable by its waves and the famous 'La Mano' sculpture in the sand.
Public Bus
Find the nearest bus stop along Avenida Gorlero. Take any bus heading to 'La Barra' or 'Punta Ballena' that stops at Playa Brava. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the 'Playa Brava' stop, and you will see the beach directly ahead.
