Car
From Salto Grande Dam, take Route 3 south towards Treinta y Tres. After approximately 80 kilometers, take the exit toward Route 9. Continue on Route 9 for about 150 kilometers. You will pass through the town of Rocha. Keep following Route 9 until you reach Santa Teresa National Park, which is located at Ruta Nacional Nº 9, 27100 Rocha. The park entrance is well-marked. There is a small entrance fee to access the park, which varies but is typically around 50-100 UYU (Uruguayan Pesos).

From Salto Grande Dam, take a bus to Rocha. Check the bus schedule at the local terminal; there are several services daily. The journey to Rocha typically takes around 2-3 hours.
