If you are traveling by car from any location in Sierra de Rocha, first make your way to Route Nacional Nº 9. Follow the signs to Route 9 heading east. Continue on Route 9 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Santa Teresa National Park, which will be on your left. Look for the park sign, which is well-marked. Be prepared to pay an entrance fee at the park gate, which typically costs around UYU 80 per person.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can catch a bus from the main bus terminal in Rocha city. Look for buses that head towards Punta del Diablo or La Paloma, as they usually pass by Santa Teresa National Park. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Santa Teresa National Park. The fare is generally around UYU 60. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you may need to pay the entrance fee of approximately UYU 80 per person.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to cycle, Santa Teresa National Park is accessible by bike along the same Route Nacional Nº 9. It is about a 30-kilometer ride from Sierra de Rocha.
