If you are already in Arches National Park, head towards the Devils Garden area. From the main park road, take the turnoff towards Devils Garden Trailhead. From the trailhead, you will need to hike approximately 1.5 miles on the Devil's Garden Trail to reach the area where Funnel Arch is located.
