From Arches National Park, exit through the park entrance and head south on US-191. After about 10 miles, take a left onto UT-313. Follow UT-313 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the entrance of Dead Horse Point State Park. The park entrance will be on your right. Be prepared to pay an entrance fee of around $20 per vehicle.
