Walking
From Bryce Canyon City, head south on Main Street towards the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park. Continue walking until you reach the park entrance. This will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you are at the entrance, you can take the shuttle bus or a bike rental (if available) to Red Canyon. The shuttle bus typically runs during peak season and will take you directly to Red Canyon.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike in Bryce Canyon City. Start by heading south on Main Street and follow the signs to the Bryce Canyon National Park entrance. Once you're inside the park, continue biking on the designated bike paths until you reach the Red Canyon area. This route is approximately 5.5 miles and should take about 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace.
Hiking
For those interested in hiking, you can take the Under-the-Rim Trail from Bryce Canyon toward Red Canyon. Start at the trailhead located near the visitor center in Bryce Canyon. Follow the signs for the Under-the-Rim Trail, which will lead you through beautiful scenery towards Red Canyon. The hike can take several hours, so be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks.
