Car
If you are driving, head to Arches National Park, located just north of Moab, Utah. From Moab, take US-191 North, then turn onto Arches Scenic Drive. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach the Balanced Rock parking area on your left. Make sure to arrive early, as parking can fill up quickly, especially during peak season. There is no entrance fee for Balanced Rock itself, but you will need to pay the entrance fee for Arches National Park, which is $30 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.
Public Transportation

The Moab Adventure Center offers shuttle services that can take you to the park. From the park entrance, you will need to either walk or use park shuttles to access Balanced Rock. Walking
