From Cedar Valley, head east on Cedar Valley Road (Utah State Route 68) towards Lehi. Continue on SR-68 until you reach the junction with I-15. Merge onto I-15 North. After about 12 miles, take the exit for US-189 towards Provo. Continue on US-189 for about 10 miles. Take the exit for Provo Canyon Scenic Byway (Utah State Route 114). Continue on this road for approximately 5 miles. Watch for signs indicating Cascade Springs. Turn onto Cascade Scenic Drive, and follow the road until you reach the parking area for Cascade Springs. The drive generally takes about 35-45 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Take the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) bus #830 from Cedar Valley to Provo. The ride will take about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Provo, transfer to the UTA bus #801 that goes towards Provo Canyon. Get off at the stop for the Provo Canyon Scenic Byway.
