From Cedar Valley, head east on UT-73. Continue for about 8 miles until you reach the junction with US-189. Take the ramp onto US-189 South toward Provo. After approximately 5 miles, take the exit for UT-314 toward Wallsburg. Follow UT-314 for about 4 miles until you arrive at Deer Creek State Park, located at 5566 UT-314, Wallsburg, UT 84082. Note that there is a vehicle entrance fee of around $10 for day use.
