Car
From Cedar Valley, head east on UT-73. Continue for about 8 miles until you reach the junction with US-189. Take the ramp onto US-189 South toward Provo. After approximately 5 miles, take the exit for UT-314 toward Wallsburg. Follow UT-314 for about 4 miles until you arrive at Deer Creek State Park, located at 5566 UT-314, Wallsburg, UT 84082. Note that there is a vehicle entrance fee of around $10 for day use.
Public Transportation
Currently, there is limited public transportation directly to Deer Creek State Park. However, you can take a bus to the nearest major hub in Provo. From Cedar Valley, take a local bus to the Provo Station. Once in Provo, you can use a rideshare service or taxi to reach Deer Creek State Park, which is about 15 miles away. Expect to incur costs for both the bus fare and the rideshare or taxi service.
Bicycle
For the adventurous, biking from Cedar Valley to Deer Creek State Park is an option. Start by heading east on UT-73 for about 8 miles, then take the ramp onto US-189 South. Continue for approximately 5 miles before turning onto UT-314. The total distance is around 17 miles, and it offers scenic views, but be prepared for some traffic along the way. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules. Note that there is a vehicle entrance fee of around $10 if you need to park your bike at the park.
