If you're traveling by car, start from any location in Cedar Valley and head east on UT-73. Merge onto I-15 North toward Salt Lake City. Continue on I-15 for about 25 miles. Take exit 308A for 600 South toward Downtown. Continue onto 600 South, then turn left onto State Street. The State of Utah Council Hall will be on your right at 300 State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84103. Parking may be available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

For public transportation, you can take the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) bus service. From Cedar Valley, take the UTA 850 bus, which heads towards Salt Lake City. You may need to transfer to the TRAX light rail at the FrontRunner station. Once you reach the Salt Lake City Central Station, transfer to the TRAX Blue Line and ride towards the University Medical Center station. Get off at the City Center stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to the State of Utah Council Hall at 300 State St, Salt Lake City, UT 84103. Make sure to have a UTA pass ready, as fares apply for bus and train rides.
