Car
From the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area, head east on UT-43 E. Continue on UT-43 E for approximately 19 miles until you reach the junction with US-191 S. Turn right onto US-191 S and follow it for about 12 miles. You will see signs for Dinosaur National Monument. Turn left onto Harpers Corner Road and follow the signs to the visitor center and park entrance. Check the national park website for any entrance fees.
