Walking
From the center of Mt. Carmel, head north on US-89. Walk along the sidewalk until you reach the intersection with State Route 9. Cross the street carefully at the intersection. Continue walking on the sidewalk heading east on State Route 9 for about 1.5 miles. You will see a sign for Red Hollow Canyon Trailhead on your left. Follow the road as it curves, and the trailhead will be just off the road, marked by a clear entrance.
Biking
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main square in Mt. Carmel. Head north on US-89, and after about 0.5 miles, turn right onto State Route 9. Continue biking for approximately 1.5 miles. Watch for the signs indicating Red Hollow Canyon Trailhead on your left. The trailhead is easily accessible from the road, just off the main highway.
Public Transport
