    If you are starting from downtown Provo, walk to the Provo Central Station located at 745 S 200 W. From there, take the Utah Valley Express (UVE) bus heading towards Orem. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of 800 N and 1100 E. From this stop, walk east on 800 N until you reach the base of Mount Timpanogos Trail. It will be well-marked, and the trailhead is located just off the road.

    From downtown Provo, rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services. Head north on University Avenue, then take a left onto 800 N. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 1100 E. Take a right on 1100 E and follow it until you spot the Mount Timpanogos Trailhead on your left. It's about a 4-mile ride, and the trailhead is well-signposted.

    If you prefer to walk, begin at the Provo Town Centre Mall located at 1200 W 1000 S. From the mall, head east on 1000 S until you reach University Avenue. Turn left and walk north on University Avenue for about 1.5 miles. Then, turn right onto 800 N and continue until you reach the intersection with 1100 E. Take a left and you will find the Mount Timpanogos Trailhead on your left. It's a scenic walk of about 3.5 miles.
