Car
From Sundance Resort, head east on Hwy 92 towards Provo. Continue for approximately 12 miles until you reach the intersection with US-189. Turn left onto US-189 and continue south for about 5 miles. Look for the signs for the Horse Flat Trailhead on the right. Turn onto Horse Flat Trail and park in the designated parking area. From there, it’s a short hike to Primrose Overlook.

If you are using public transportation, first take the local bus service from Sundance to Provo. You will need to check the current bus schedules for availability. Once in Provo, take a taxi or rideshare service to the Horse Flat Trailhead on Horse Flat Trail. This will be the closest drop-off point to Primrose Overlook. After arriving at the trailhead, follow the marked trail to reach the overlook.
