Public Bus
From downtown Provo, walk to the Provo Central Station (approximately a 10-minute walk). At the station, catch the UTA Route 811 bus heading towards Lehi. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the Thanksgiving Point stop. Once you get off, walk east for about 5 minutes along Thanksgiving Way, and you will arrive at the Mountain America Museum of Ancient Life.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Provo. Start your ride heading east on Center Street, then turn south on 500 East. Continue until you reach the Provo River Parkway Trail. Follow this trail until it merges with the Jordan River Parkway Trail. Head north until you reach Thanksgiving Way. Turn left and ride for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the Mountain America Museum of Ancient Life.

If you're staying in the downtown area, you can walk to the museum. Start at the Provo City Center and head east on Center Street. Continue straight until you reach 500 East and turn left. Walk north until you reach 2000 North, then turn right. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Thanksgiving Way. The Mountain America Museum of Ancient Life will be on your left, just a short walk away.
