From The Avenues, head south on 1st Avenue towards B Street. Continue on 1st Avenue until you reach the intersection with University Street. Turn left onto University Street and follow it until you reach 2100 South. Here, turn right onto 2100 South. Walk for about half a mile until you reach Wakara Way. Turn left onto Wakara Way, and the Natural History Museum of Utah will be on your right at 301 Wakara Way. This is approximately a 30-minute walk from The Avenues.

Start by walking to the nearest bus stop on 1st Avenue and B Street. Catch the UTA bus route 2 (red line) heading towards the University of Utah. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the stop at 2000 East and 300 South. From there, transfer to the UTA bus route 21 (blue line) towards the Natural History Museum. This will take you directly to the museum. The total travel time including waiting for the buses is around 30-40 minutes. Make sure to check the UTA website for current schedules. A one-way fare is $2.50.
