From Snowbird, head southeast on Little Cottonwood Canyon Rd toward S 9400 E. Continue on Little Cottonwood Canyon Rd for about 9 miles. Merge onto Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd and drive for approximately 4 miles until you reach Solitude Mountain Resort, located at 12000 Big Cottonwood Canyon Rd, Solitude, UT 84121. Parking is available at the resort, which may incur a daily parking fee during peak seasons.
Public Transportation
To reach Solitude Mountain Resort via public transportation from Snowbird, take the UTA Ski Bus Route 972. Board the bus at the Snowbird stop and ride for about 15-20 minutes. Disembark at the Solitude stop. Be sure to check the schedule for the last return bus to Snowbird, as service may be limited during off-peak hours. A one-way fare is approximately $3.
