From St. George, head north on I-15 N. Take exit 10 for UT-9 E toward Hurricane. Continue on UT-9 E for about 15 miles until you reach the town of Washington. In Washington, turn right onto 3000 E and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto E 2000 N, which becomes a dirt road. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles until you reach the Baby Elephant Arch parking area. Make sure to have a high-clearance vehicle as the last part of the road may be rough.
