In Washington, turn right onto 3000 E and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto E 2000 N, which becomes a dirt road. Follow this road for approximately 5 miles until you reach the Baby Elephant Arch parking area. Make sure to have a high-clearance vehicle as the last part of the road may be rough.
