Car
From St. George, head north on I-15. Take exit 10 for UT-9 toward Hurricane/Zion National Park. Merge onto UT-9 E and continue for about 10 miles. Turn right onto Washington Dam Road and continue for approximately 2.5 miles. You will reach the parking area for the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve. From the parking area, look for the Elephant Arch trailhead sign and begin your hike. The hike to Elephant Arch is around 1.5 miles one way and is moderately difficult. Be sure to bring plenty of water and wear appropriate footwear.
