Walking
Start from the Khiva city center, near the main entrance of Itchan Kala, the historical walled city. From the main gate (the Ata-Darvaza Gate), walk straight down Islam Khodja Street. After about 500 meters, you will reach the Islam Khodja Minaret and Medressa on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection. Take a left turn onto Akhmed Al-Fergani Street. Continue walking for another 300 meters, and you will see the Pahlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum on your right, located at the address 99G5+QQ2, Khiva.

Walking
If you are at the Kunya-Ark Citadel, exit the citadel and head southeast towards the Itchan Kala area. Walk for approximately 700 meters along the walls of Itchan Kala, following the signs directing toward the Pahlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum. As you approach the mausoleum, you will notice its distinct architecture. The entrance is easily accessible from the main footpath.

From the Juma Mosque, exit through the main entrance and walk towards the east. Follow the path that leads you through the narrow streets of Itchan Kala. After about 600 meters, you will see the Pahlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum on your right side. The structure is close to several other historical sites, making it a pleasant walk.
