If you are starting from the Ark Fortress, exit the fortress and head east towards the main road. Once you reach the road, turn left and walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with the street named 'Mausoleum Street'. Turn right onto 'Mausoleum Street'. Continue walking for approximately 300 meters; you will see the Pahlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum on your left. The mausoleum is located at coordinates 41.3768795, 60.3593764 and is a prominent historical landmark.

From the Khiva City Center, make your way towards the Kunya Ark. Walk towards the southern entrance of the Kunya Ark and exit towards the main square. Continue straight, passing the Juma Mosque on your right. After about 400 meters, you will reach the intersection of 'Mausoleum Street'. Turn left and proceed down 'Mausoleum Street' for about 300 meters. The Pahlavan Mahmoud Mausoleum will be on your left-hand side, easily recognizable by its distinct architecture.
