Walking
If you are starting from Registan Square, exit the square and head southwest on Tashkent Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Rowing Canal. Turn right onto the canal path, and you will see the entrance to the Silk Road Samarkand on your left after a short walk.

Public Transport
From the Shah-i-Zinda complex, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road (approximately 500 meters). Take bus number 2 towards the Rowing Canal. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the 'Rowing Canal' stop. Walk about 200 meters down the canal path, and the Silk Road Samarkand will be on your left.

If you prefer a taxi, you can hail one from anywhere in Samarkand. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Гребной канал, Rowing canal'. The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the Silk Road Samarkand will be easily identifiable along the canal.

If you rented a bicycle, start from the Samarkand city center and head towards the Bibi-Khanym Mosque. From there, follow the path along the main road leading to the Rowing Canal.
