If you are starting from Registan Square, walk east towards Tashkent Road (Улица Ташкент). Continue straight for about 1 km. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. As you reach the intersection with the street named 'Shahrisabz,' turn right. Keep walking until you see the impressive structure of Bibi Khanym Mausoleum on your left after about 500 meters.

From the Shah-i-Zinda complex, head south towards the main road (M39). Cross the road carefully and continue walking straight for approximately 1 km. You will see the Bibi Khanym Mausoleum ahead as you approach the large market area. The mausoleum is located to your right at the crossroads.
