If you are starting from the Samarkand train station, exit the station and head east on Yunus Rajabi Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Registan Street. Turn left onto Registan Street and walk for about 15 minutes. Registan Square will be on your right, where you can see the magnificent architectural structures.

From the Bibi Khanym Mosque, exit the mosque grounds and head northwest on Bibi Khanym Street. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Registan Street. Turn right onto Registan Street, and you will see Registan Square just a short walk ahead on your left.
