From the Registan Square, head southeast on Temur Malika Street towards the intersection with Bahodir Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bukhara Highway. Cross the highway and continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Prophet Daniel Mausoleum. Follow the signs for the mausoleum, which will be about a 15-minute walk from the highway.

From the Registan Square, walk to the nearest bus stop on Temur Malika Street. Take bus number 4 towards the 'Mausoleum of Prophet Daniel' stop. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the designated stop. From there, walk for about 5 minutes following the road signs directing you to the mausoleum, which is located just a short distance away.
