If you are in the Registan Square area, start by heading east towards the main road, which is called 'Alisher Navoi Street'. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the 'Tashkent Road' (also known as 'Samarkand Bypass'). Turn left onto Tashkent Road and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. You will pass by various shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you see a sign for Sherdor Madrassah on your right. The entrance to Sherdor Madrassah is clearly marked and is located at MX3G+WFW, which should be easy to spot.

From the Registan Square, you can take a local bus or marshrutka (minibus). Look for a bus stop near Registan where buses heading to the 'Shahrisabz' or 'Uchtepa' routes stop.
