If you are starting from the center of Tashkent, head towards the Amir Temur Square, which is a well-known landmark. From Amir Temur Square, walk east along the Abay Street for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Islam Karimov Street. Take a left onto Islam Karimov Street and continue for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see the Ali-Shir Nava'i Monument on your right. The Alley of Writers is located adjacent to this monument.

Begin your journey at the nearest metro station, which could be either 'Amir Temur Haydov' or 'Chilonzor' depending on your location. If you start at 'Amir Temur Haydov', take the metro towards 'O'zbekiston' station. At the 'O'zbekiston' station, transfer to the 'Chilonzor' line heading towards 'Chilonzor'. Get off at 'Chilonzor' station. From the station, exit and walk approximately 500 meters to the north along Navoi Street.
