Walking
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by a few shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the large archway of the entrance to the Vatican Museums on your right. Continue walking until you reach the end of Viale Vaticano. At the end, turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica. After a short walk, you will reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) and you will find yourself in front of Castel Sant'Angelo. From there, continue straight to reach Piazza Beniamino Gigli, where the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma is located.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the entrance of the Vatican Museums along Viale Vaticano. Board bus number 64 towards Stazione Termini. Stay on the bus for about 10-12 minutes, and get off at the stop called 'Cavour'. Once you exit the bus, walk straight down Via Cavour for about 5 minutes. As you continue, turn left onto Piazza Beniamino Gigli. The Teatro dell'Opera di Roma will be on your right.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest metro station, which is Ottaviano-San Pietro. This should take you about 15 minutes on foot. At the station, take the Metro Line A towards Anagnina. Travel for 4 stops and get off at Termini Station. Once at Termini Station, follow the signs to the exit and head towards Via Cavour. Walk straight for about 8 minutes on Via Cavour until you reach Piazza Beniamino Gigli. The Teatro dell'Opera di Roma will be in front of you.
