Walking
From the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, head towards the main square (Piazza San Pietro). Once you reach the square, exit through the main gate and turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via di Porta Castello. Follow this road until you reach the next intersection, then turn right onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the next intersection, where you will turn left onto Via del Plebiscito. Walk straight until you reach Piazza Venezia, then turn right onto Via Nazionale. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. The Chiesa di San Paolo entro le Mura will be on your left at Via Nazionale, 16a.

From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the Basilica and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 64 towards Stazione Termini. Ride the bus for about 10 stops (approximately 20 minutes) until you reach the stop named 'Nazionale/Quattro Fontane'. After getting off the bus, walk back a short distance on Via Nazionale until you see Chiesa di San Paolo entro le Mura at Via Nazionale, 16a on your right.

Public Transport (Metro)
Exit St. Peter's Basilica and walk to the Ottaviano metro station, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head left on Via della Conciliazione, then turn left onto Via Ottaviano. When you reach the metro station, take Line A (the orange line) in the direction of Anagnina. Get off at the 'Termini' station. Once at Termini, transfer to Line B (the blue line) and take it towards Laurentina. Get off at the next station, 'Cavour'. From there, exit the station and walk along Via Nazionale for about 5 minutes until you reach Chiesa di San Paolo entro le Mura at Via Nazionale, 16a.
