From the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, exit and face the square. Walk straight towards the exit of the Vatican City. Once you reach the road (Via della Conciliazione), turn left and follow the road until you reach the roundabout. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Giovanni Amendola. Turn right onto Via Giovanni Amendola. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find Greenline Tours at Via Giovanni Amendola, 32.

From the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, exit and make your way to the bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Board bus number 64, which will take you towards Termini Station.
