If you are already in Passetto di Borgo, start by heading southwest towards Via di Porta Castello. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn left and walk along this road; you will see the Castel Sant'Angelo on your right. Keep walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once across, continue straight on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. At the next major intersection, turn right onto Via Labicana, and you will find TopBike Rental & Tours at Via Labicana, 49.

From Passetto di Borgo, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Bus Line 23 or 280 towards 'Termini'. Get off at the 'Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano' stop. From there, walk straight down Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. At the intersection, turn right onto Via Labicana. TopBike Rental & Tours will be located on your left at Via Labicana, 49.
