From the Vatican Necropolis, exit the site and head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the square, face the basilica and turn right. Walk along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Continue walking until you cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once you cross, take the first left onto Via San Lorenzo in Lucina, and follow it until you reach Piazza di San Lorenzo in Lucina.
