Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Vatican Necropolis, head towards the main exit of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you exit, turn right and walk towards the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Monte Brianzo. Turn left onto Via di Monte Brianzo and follow it until it merges into Via del Teatro di Marcello. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Venezia, then take Via dei Fori Imperiali. Keep walking straight until you see the Colosseum on your right. The destination, Piazza del Colosseo, is just a short walk from there.
