Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once outside, turn left and walk along the colonnade until you reach Piazza San Pietro. Continue straight, exiting the square and heading towards Via del Sant'Offizio. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue straight on Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto Via di Porta Angelica. This will lead you to the bus stop. From here, take bus number 23 towards 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' and get off at 'Via delle Sette Chiese'. The Catacombs of Domitilla will be a short walk down the street at Via delle Sette Chiese, 282.

After visiting the Sistine Chapel, make your way to the nearest bus stop, which is located outside St. Peter's Basilica. Take bus number 23 towards 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore'. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes. Get off at 'Via delle Sette Chiese', and from there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Catacombs of Domitilla located at Via delle Sette Chiese, 282.
