From the entrance of the Sistine Chapel, exit towards the Vatican Museums. Walk straight ahead until you reach the exit gates of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn left and proceed along Viale Vaticano. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight on Via di Porta Angelica until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and walk towards the Tiber River. When you reach the river, take a left turn and follow the riverbank, which will lead you to the area around the Gazometro. Keep walking along the river until you see signs or landmarks indicating Piazza del Gazometro.

From the Sistine Chapel, head towards the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via di Porta Angelica. Catch bus number 280 towards 'Viale Trastevere.'
