Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and walk towards the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, continue straight until you reach the Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto Via dei Banchi Nuovi. Continue walking until you reach the Piazza Navona. From there, head towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and continue straight until you reach Piazza Venezia. Finally, from Piazza Venezia, walk towards Via del Teatro di Marcello and follow the signs leading to Piazza del Campidoglio. The Palazzo dei Conservatori is located at Piazza del Campidoglio, 4.
Public Transport - Bus
From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via di Porta Angelica, just outside the Vatican Museums. Take the bus number 40 or 64 towards Termini Station. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes and get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia'. From Piazza Venezia, walk towards Via del Teatro di Marcello and follow the signs leading to Piazza del Campidoglio. The Palazzo dei Conservatori is located at Piazza del Campidoglio, 4.
