From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance. Once you are outside, turn left and walk towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. As you pass the Basilica, continue straight onto Piazza San Pietro. Keep walking straight until you reach the large street called Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fori Imperiali. Turn right onto this street and continue walking. You will find Palazzo Nuovo on your left side at the address 00186 Rome, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main entrance. Walk towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you reach the Basilica, continue straight until you arrive at Piazza San Pietro. There, look for the bus stop labeled 'Piazza San Pietro'. You can take bus number 64, which heads towards 'Stazione Termini'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia'.
