Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, continue walking straight along Viale Vaticano. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From there, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via Boezio. Turn right onto Via Boezio, and you will find Raphael Tours & Events located at number 4/c on your left side.

Exit the Sistine Chapel and walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 81 or 492 towards the direction of Termini. Get off at the stop called 'Piazza Cavour'. From there, walk east on Via Cavour until you reach Via Boezio. Turn left onto Via Boezio, and Raphael Tours & Events will be located at number 4/c on your right.
