Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the building and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for approximately 600 meters. You will pass by the beautiful gardens of the Vatican on your right. When you reach the end of Viale Vaticano, you will see a traffic circle. Continue straight, and you will come to a large square, Piazza Cavour, which is where Corte Suprema di Cassazione is located. The building will be on your right.

Public Transport
After leaving the Sistine Chapel, make your way back to the Vatican Museums entrance. From there, walk to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano (approximately 10 minutes). Board the Metro Line A towards Anagnina. After two stops, get off at the Termini station and transfer to Metro Line B. Take the Line B train towards Laurentina, and after three stops, get off at the Cavour station. Exit the station, and you will find yourself in Piazza Cavour, where Corte Suprema di Cassazione is located.
