From the Vatican Obelisk, head south towards Piazza San Pietro. Once you reach the square, continue walking along Via della Conciliazione, which leads directly away from the Vatican. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Lungotevere Castello. Turn left onto Lungotevere Castello. After approximately 300 meters, you will see Bastione San Luca on your right at Lungotevere Castello, 50.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Vatican Obelisk, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Take the bus number 87 towards 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' and get off at the stop 'Ponte Sant'Angelo'. After exiting the bus, walk along Lungotevere Castello for about 200 meters. Bastione San Luca will be on your left at Lungotevere Castello, 50. The bus ticket costs €1.50 and is valid for 100 minutes from validation.

If you prefer a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from the Vatican Obelisk. Simply find a taxi stand nearby or use a taxi-hailing app. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic. The fare should be around €10-€15.
