    From the Sistine Chapel, exit into the Vatican Museums' courtyard. Head towards the main exit of the Vatican Museums, which is clearly marked. Once you exit, walk straight ahead towards the main road, which is Viale Vaticano. Cross the road and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking down this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) over the Tiber River. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. After a short walk, you will reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head southeast to Via di Tor Millina, and then turn right onto Via dei Banchi Vecchi. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Teatro di Pompeo. Finally, turn left, and you will see Teatro dell'Opera di Roma at Piazza Beniamino Gigli.
