Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once across, follow the road straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Corso. Turn left onto Via del Corso and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. Chiesa Santa Maria dei Miracoli will be on your right at Via del Corso, 528.

Alternatively, you can take a scenic route. Exit St. Peter's Basilica and walk towards the Vatican Museums. As you exit, go left and follow the signs to the Vatican Museums. After visiting, exit the museums and head towards the entrance of the Vatican City. From here, make your way to Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, then head down Via del Corso. Keep walking straight, and you will find Chiesa Santa Maria dei Miracoli on your right at Via del Corso, 528.
