As you reach the end of the colonnade, continue walking straight onto Via della Conciliazione. After about 500 meters, you will reach Castel Sant'Angelo. From there, take the first right onto Lungotevere Castello and follow it until you reach Via del Babuino. Turn left on Via del Babuino, and the Fontana del Babuino will be on your right, just a short walk away.
