Walking
From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the main entrance and head towards the right side of the Basilica. Walk along the Via della Conciliazione, a wide avenue that leads away from the Basilica. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Via Simone de Saint Bon. Turn left onto Via Simone de Saint Bon and the destination, Eden Walks, will be on your right at number 81.

From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the Basilica and head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus line 64 towards Termini. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the stop named 'Piazza Cavour'. From there, walk straight until you reach Via Simone de Saint Bon. Turn left and walk about 200 meters to find Eden Walks at number 81.
