Walking
From the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head directly towards the main square (Piazza San Pietro). Once you reach the square, turn left and walk along the colonnade. Continue walking until you reach Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and head towards the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and follow the riverbank until you get to Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Via Giulia. After approximately 1.5 km, turn left onto Via dei Banchi Vecchi. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Viale dei Romagnoli. The Teatro di Ostia will be located on your left at Viale dei Romagnoli, 717.

Public Transport
From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Piazza San Pietro. Take Bus 64 towards Termini Station. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. At Piazza Venezia, transfer to Bus 780 towards 'Ostia Antica'. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes, disembarking at the 'Teatro di Ostia' stop. The Teatro will be just a short walk from the bus stop, located at Viale dei Romagnoli, 717.
