Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn right and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the road and continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of St. Peter's Square. From here, exit the square and head towards Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and take the left path that leads you to Via dei Banchi Vecchi. Follow this street until you reach Largo di Torre Argentina. From there, take a bus or metro to reach your final destination.

From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take Bus number 23 or 44 towards 'Stazione Termini' and get off at the 'Ostia Antica' stop. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you disembark, follow the signs leading to Ostia Antica entrance, which is a short walk away.
