Walking
To get to the Temple of Hadrian from St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head south toward the Vatican Museums. Walk straight along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via Ottaviano. Turn left onto Via Ottaviano and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via Cola di Rienzo. Continue straight, crossing over the Tiber River via the Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II. Once you reach the other side, turn right onto Via di Panico and then left onto Via del Banco di Santo Spirito. This road will lead you to Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head east toward the Corso del Rinascimento, and turn left. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via di Pietra, where the Temple of Hadrian is located at P.za di Pietra.

Alternatively, you can exit St. Peter's Basilica and walk towards the main road, Via della Conciliazione. Walk along this road until you reach Castel Sant'Angelo. From there, you can take a scenic route by walking along the Tiber River on Lungotevere Castello, which will eventually lead you to the area around the Temple of Hadrian. When you reach Via di Pietra, you will find the Temple of Hadrian in P.za di Pietra.
