Walking
Exit St. Peter's Basilica through the main entrance, and once outside, head towards the right side of the basilica. Walk along the colonnade towards the left, and you will see the entrance to the Vatican Museums on your left. Continue straight along Via della Conciliazione. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the Tiber River. Cross the river via the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once across, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Panico. Turn left on Via di Panico and continue walking until you reach Piazza di Trevi, where the famous Trevi Fountain is located.

From St. Peter's Basilica, exit towards the Vatican Gardens. Walk to the right and take Via di Porta Cavalleggeri. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the River Tiber. Turn left and walk along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead onto Via di Panico. This will lead you directly to Piazza di Trevi, home of the Trevi Fountain.

After visiting St. Peter's Basilica, head out towards St. Peter's Square. From the square, exit through the left side towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river at Ponte Sant'Angelo. After crossing, continue straight on Via di Panico until you arrive at Piazza di Trevi, where you can enjoy the beautiful Trevi Fountain.
