    From St. Peter's Basilica, exit the basilica and head towards the Piazza San Pietro. Once you are at the square, locate the bus stop near the colonnade. Here, you will need to board the bus number 40 (or 64) towards Termini Station. Stay on the bus until you reach the Termini Station stop. After disembarking, follow the signs to the Metro station and take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. Get off at the last stop, which is Anagnina. From there, you will need to take the Cotral bus towards Tivoli. The bus ride will take you directly to Tivoli, where you will disembark at Largo Sant'Angelo. Villa Gregoriana is just a short walk from the bus stop.
