Walk towards the entrance of the basilica and continue straight onto Via della Conciliazione, which runs directly away from the basilica. Cross the road at the crosswalk to reach Lungotevere Castello. Once on Lungotevere Castello, turn left and continue walking along the riverbank. You will eventually see the entrance to the Ambulacro di Bonifacio IX on your right. It is located at Lungotevere Castello, 50. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
